UPDATE (2017-08-05 16:30h GMT) - Korbit announced they will introduce BCC trading if it gains traction.
UPDATE (2017-08-05 16:00h GMT) - itBit will not trade Bitcoin Cash but will allow widthrawals for users held BTC prior to the blockchain fork
UPDATE (2017-08-05 15:00h GMT) - Bitstamp will assign BCH balances once Bitcoin Cash system is thoroughly tested.
UPDATE (2017-08-04 15:00h GMT) - BTC Markets (Australia) will not support Bitcoin Cash.
UPDATE (2017-08-04 13:00h GMT) - Poloniex BCH balances will be credited by 8/14.
UPDATE (2017-08-04 01:00h GMT) - Coinbase just confirmed they will start trading Bitcoin Cash on Jan 1st, 2018. Users holding BTC at time of fork now have a BCC wallet with an equal amount.

UPDATE (2017-08-03 19:10h GMT) - We are getting reports BCC trading is enabled but impossible to do on Bittrex.
